Fear and stress based on horror

— My dears. It's the beginning now. I ask you to write down your questions on a piece of paper… Although you won't be able to do it..." he mumbled the last sentence. — To people who know a lot of information about this topic and see my gross mistakes that I made while editing the original script, I will say only one thing. Don't shout, don't swear. I will try to fix it and change it. Pussy… Khe-khe ... all I'm going to say is that it's like ripping one meter off the tip of an iceberg, it seems like a lot, but it seems like some kind of nonsense. I want to note that there are a couple of pieces in this project that need to be finalized. And we are starting. (the information was partially taken from the Utopia Show channel)

— What do you know about fear? Until recently, I thought it was an unpleasant feeling that is with us all the time. I thought I knew everything about him, because this feeling haunts us everywhere: fear of insects, fear of flying, death, parting and, of course, much, much more. And sometimes we don't even notice, ignore. We think we don't need it. What for? Why should we be afraid? And imagine what the world would be like if we weren't afraid. Today, I would like to touch on a very important topic for myself — fear and why we need it in the context of everything related to horror. And I hope that most of the information that I will name will not be at all obvious to you. And with you for some time there will be a guy with a terrible scenario or just a Vsterion Sommelier.

***

Going into a dark room, you sit down on a chair. After turning off the light in the whole room… And why do you need it? You're going to watch a scary movie. Taking a bucket of popcorn on your lap, you are ready to watch another horror movie of category B. And looking at the screen, your heart sinks into your heels, and your blood begins to freeze in your veins. After all, a screamer flies out at you. But... do you like it…

***

The horror industry is actively developing and gives our world a lot of interesting things. The number of movies and games is increasing. There are huge queues for the roller coaster. You've been thinking about why it might be so popular. Because people like it? Are we masochists? Yes, including, but I want to assure you that for the most part we need it. It's like it's sitting in our head and doesn't want to get out. And we don't really resist it, because we don't even realize it.

When you are alone, you sit among many chairs,

Into the light of the corners placed out of the darkness,

As if for guests or feasts,

But you're all alone, all alone…

When one, the tone is clear, and the song is louder to sing!!!

When alone, your verse does not sink into conversation,

And the heart beats — it will not weaken,

The soul soars and I want to want,

But you're all alone, all alone…

When alone, — Love, believe me, is not the same!

When alone, she is more tender and sadder,

There are no doubts, requests and promises in it,

There are no claims and someone's excuses,

After all, you're all alone, all alone…

When he is alone, the house is empty and the blood runs cold in his veins.

— This poem was written by your beloved Yuri Gagarin. This poem contains the meaning that being alone is scary. It would seem that this is an everyday problem that really exists and scares many people in earnest. To be left alone is terrible. Why did I say all this?

— Many authors laugh at this feeling, which is called fear. They devalue it. But there are also those who extol him and put him in the Absolute. This is, for example, Junji Ito. I can't help but say about my favorite line that sounded on the pages of his countless scary manga. "So I killed Tomie. What did I do with her body?.. What a stupid question!.. Of course, dismembered." He breaks our ideas about the world and distorts beyond recognition for the sake of a terrible story. He laughs at fear, but at the same time gives it its original concentration. He makes us feel anxious. And in general, I advise you to read this Japanese.

— So... great, payment accepted. If you'll excuse me, I have to make a phone call. — Says the black mass and leaves the audience. — So! We actually agreed on a higher cost of advertising! I actually tried to tell it as adequately as possible and embed it in the context. I mean, it wasn't enough? Much more? Listen, fuck you. — The voice in the corridor fades, and the dark figure comes back in. — Please forgive me. Let's continue.

— And it's just incredible! After all, terrible things happen in our world like: Terrorist attacks, violence, wars and much, much more. They're really scary. But it's like we need something more. Not like that. We need another fear. And as a fan of everything scary and frightening, I will try to approach this topic from a scientific point of view.

— Did you know that fans of everything terrible are better able to endure these difficult times when Covid 19 is raging on our streets. A separate study was devoted to this. Yes, I'm shocked myself.

— Today I will tell you a lot of secrets.

— I'll answer the questions. And I will touch on such topics as: going on a date to a scary place, not bad stress, anxiety and books. I will back up all this with scientific facts and try to give you answers. And you listen carefully.

— What is fear? Let me tell you about the typology of fears. And so…

1) Spatial fears (this includes bathophobia — fear of depth, acrophobia — fear of heights, agoraphobia — fear of open space, claustrophobia — fear of enclosed space, etc.)

2) Social fears (this includes neophobia — fear of any change, heterophobia — fear of the opposite sex, thixophobia — fear of touching people around, etc.)

3) Fear of diseases.

4) Fear of death.

5) Fear of sexual intercourse.

6) Fear of harming others.

7) Fear of fears (Sounds like some kind of nonsense, but) (this fear, by the way, is the cause of all phobias).

8) Internal fears. As a child, many of us were frightened by some kind of babaika or a gray top that would come and take us away if we did not obey. We grew up, but the fear of looking in the mirror at night, looking under the bed or pulling a leg out from under the covers remained with many. A person's fantasy, which received the appropriate message in childhood, is capable of generating a variety of monsters that no spiders and hurricanes can compare with. And it is very, very difficult to stop being afraid of such things.

9) Natural fears. This includes everything that is justified by natural phenomena (hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, thunderstorms, etc.) To the same category of fears can be attributed the fear of various animals, insects and other living beings, for example, arachnophobia.

— All these terms appeared because of the development of psychology. And knowledge of human consciousness. All this creates fear, but what else can give it?

— Of course — alarm. But we will talk about this a little later.

— We are all strange people, we are afraid a lot, but we create films, games. And books. Books. How much sense there is in this one word. This can include both strange fan fiction from a ficbook, and something majestic.

— So stop. Before I start pouring water into your ears, I'd like to plunge into history. And see why this is so important for our topic. And we begin the dive.

— So… Pushkin's Seven Fairy Tales — no, that's not it. About Perrault with his fairy tale Sleeping Beauty. But this is already a good option.

— Who do you think wrote the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale? Perrault, or maybe our gentlemen and ladies will decide that the fairy tale of the Brothers Grimm. A fairy tale about a young prince who saved the princess and the whole kingdom from a dream, my God, how romantic it is. So stop! And well, quickly took off your rose-colored glasses, did you seriously believe me that I would tell you this nonsense? Yes, these fairy tales are truly beautiful, but the original of these fairy tales has been cut, adapted and has nothing in common with the original plot at all. Forget this nonsense! Let me tell you what was originally. And we'll start with the name.

— The original fairy tale was called the Sun, Moon and Waist. And at its core, it all started the same way. The injection, the girl snores in her mansion. The king arrives, sees this beautiful body that lies in its bedchambers and sleeps an unbroken sleep. And Attention, at this point we will focus it, and very much. He rapes her and leaves on his own business. And that's a good fairy tale, isn't it? I also want to note that she gave birth to twins during sleep and soon woke up from it. By that time, the king had also returned to look at her. And I saw her with two children and fell in love. They lived happily ever after. What a sweet and completely harmless story, and what a finale, if it were a finale. Ha! After that, his real wife found out about this girl named Talia. And she ordered her servants to take her children away from her and cook various dishes from them, I quote: "And the insidious queen ordered the cook to slaughter the children and cook a variety of soups and dishes from them, which she then intended to feed the king." I remind you, a Polish children's fairy tale. Who wants to, can read it himself., and we continue. But the cook hides them and cooks lambs, for the place of children. But it's not enough for the restless queen, she now calls Talia herself and tells her to light a fire in the middle of the courtyard and burn her. But the king, seeing this, burned the queen herself and all those who helped her, in the same courtyard. "Soon, the king married Thalia. And they lived happily ever after with their children." — That's how this fairy tale ended. A children's fairy tale! Polish folk children's fairy tale! Does nothing bother you at all? I repeat, it was read to children. There was a languid, barely audible chuckle.

— Tin, right? If you think so, then I'm with you.

— Or, for example, Cinderella. It's like a fairy tale. The prince is looking for the princess by the shoe, but here's the bad luck. If you remember, there were older sisters, our beloved cleaning lady. And one, in order to get into the shoe, cuts off part of her heel, and the second almost all her fingers, and their mother advised them to do this. Mother, I want to fucking notice! How do you like that, Brothers Grimm? But that's not all, it would seem, much better. After all, right at the wedding in front of the bride and groom, pigeons pecked out the eyes of the same older sisters, and what about us? The fairy tale ended with a happy ending. Where did I even get to? And it was serious back then. And this is an adaptation of the Brothers Grimm. Adaptation, I want to note! What is this all about? I'm afraid to imagine what was in the original fairy tale then, even if the corners were cut in this adaptation. But no matter how hard I try to find it, the original is lost.

— Okay, and now I suggest you get ready. The fox and the dog. This is just an amazing story about the friendship of best friends. This is a cartoon of my childhood. And you just can't imagine how much I hate myself when I found out about it tonight. Now you can hate me too. But I want to note that the cartoon and the original novel are two completely different things that are similar only in one way. In names.

- Are you ready? Well, of course not. Pf-f-f,— the shadow drawled. — For those who did not remember or did not watch this cartoon, it will be very difficult to navigate the names. And the characters, of course. In that case, I ask you to use the Internet.

— — At the very beginning, the Chief is killed by a train. Cooper chases Todd for so long that Todd simply dies, and Cooper falls on top of him completely exhausted. The hunter takes care of a small dog, but soon gets drunk, they want to take him to a nursing home, and he agrees. But since he can't take Cooper himself with him, he takes a gun from the wall and... I think you understand what happens next. And if you are not smart, then here. HE, the OWNER OF THE DOG," anger was read from his intonation, —shoots at Cooper while he licks his hand. — The roar was heard throughout the audience and only after a few minutes you realize that it was laughter. — As they say, that's the end of the fairy tale, and who listened went crazy to hell. (please forgive me for my native Russian lexical set of words).

— But, it was already under the writers. What if we go down to the bottom? Will it turn out to be an iceberg? Will there be even more scary stories?

— Myths. God, how I love them! From left to right:

1) Spaghetti was invented not in Italy, but in China.

2) Hydrogen peroxide is useless.

3) Pigs just love dirt…

— And what? You didn't come for these myths? Well, all right. I'll give you some myths now.

— Let's clarify one simple truth. Modern myths do not correspond to the ancient ones. We will see this clearly now. But most importantly, the myth is not just fiction. Most likely, the myths are based on some events that took place in the deep past. Or they explained things that were inexplicable for those times. Such as earthquakes or, for example, lightning. People invented myths in order to explain to themselves why this is happening.

— Ancient Greek myths were the first to appear. They were formed at the turn of the 4-3 millennium BC, when the ancient Greek civilization arose between the three seas — the Black, Mediterranean and Indian. The ancient Greeks imagined the world of the gods as follows: gods sit on Mount Olympus, feast, feud, joke. They also quarrel with people or put up with them — they interfere in earthly affairs. These are serious, harsh, bright gods. Zeus is a thunderer, claims seniority. Aphrodite is the goddess of beauty. Nyukta is the goddess of the night. Behind every phenomenon, behind every star, the natural rustle, the Greeks saw gods acting stubbornly and brightly. But there are also those who live underground. Wait, is this Heaven and Hell? As if not so. Olympus is not a paradise. Mortals don't get into it. They go to hell. In which other deities reign. Orc in Roman mythology is the god of hell, corresponds to the Greek Hades. People were afraid of Hades and orcs, one simple truth turns out from this, they were afraid of death.

— By the way, the myths then evolved into folk tales, which we talked about earlier. And for example, in Russia, people came up with Baba yaga, leshego and many many others. They were afraid, and this fear created legends, myths, which were later called fairy tales.

Feeling unpleasant;

Appropriate somatic reaction;

Awareness.

— What is it? And this concept of anxiety was written by Sigmund Freud. And he also deduced the types of anxiety.

1. Real fear is anxiety tied to the danger of the outside world.

2. Neurotic anxiety — anxiety, with unknown and undefined danger;

3. Moral anxiety or "anxiety of conscience" — lack of confidence in the correctness of their actions.

— You will tell me: Well, all right. And what it gives us.

— And I will answer you. Anxiety is part of fear. If we constantly experience various kinds of anxiety, we will get real fear. After all, if anxiety gradually begins to increase, and no one is going to fight it, we will get the whole set of fears, phobias and perhaps even more developed parietal inclinations. It's not just pleasure hormones for you to get.

— Causes of increased anxiety:

— The strangest thing is that we don't know why it appears, as if it materializes just by clicking. Although, there is one opinion that anxiety in rare cases may be congenital, but more often it is acquired. A person acquires a tendency to increased anxiety as a result of incorrect actions of teachers, parents, internal conflicts.

— Of course, there are many other opinions. Some people think that the main cause of anxiety is an unsuccessful early experience of relationships, because of which basal anxiety is formed or just a feeling of hopelessness. Others believe that we adopt the reaction to situations that cause anxiety from parents, teachers, and elders.

— What to do if you got this difficult ailment. Immediately go to a specialist. And if there is no such possibility, then I assure you. It is difficult to deal with anxiety on your own. Even when a specialist is working with a client, there is often a wall of resistance, psychological barriers. Even if the client wants to get rid of anxiety, he still often resists. The desire to help is perceived as an attempt on safety and comfort zone, which, despite the name, means "habitual zone". In this case, habitual does not mean comfortable.

— Anxiety is closely related to shyness and isolation. Usually the latter occur against the background of the first phenomenon. However, it also happens the other way around.

— Thus, to reduce the level of anxiety, you need to work on self-confidence, the formation of adequate self-esteem, getting rid of shyness. If you, dear reader, are forced to deal with anxiety yourself, then here are some general tips for you:

Don't worry about what didn't happen.

Cultivate a focus on compromises, cooperation, mutual assistance.

Take care of your psychophysical state. For example, make it a rule to do morning exercises, do not stay at work, learn to say "no" or vice versa to help.

Love yourself. Don't be afraid to create comfortable conditions for yourself.

Improve your communicative competencies, learn communication, ways out of conflicts.

Learn self-regulation. A banal example is to count to 10.

Never shut yourself in.

Find an "outlet". Every person and even an animal should have its own place of safety and pleasure. You should know that no matter what, you have this place (hobby, people). And even if everything "collapses" around you, there you will find peace and support.

Figure out what your anxiety consists of. Usually it is a complex of emotions, among which fear is a constant component. There may be such variants as "fear, shame and guilt" or "fear, guilt and anger"

— Many people actually know. That fear plays a huge role in our survival. But even people who know this probably often said to themselves: "I'm tired of being afraid. It would be better if he didn't exist at all." Just imagine if your wish came true. A lot of people would start swallowing all sorts of rubbish, experimenting, and as a result, one day, maybe, they received the Darwin Prize.

— The amygdala is mainly responsible for the feeling of fear. Located in our brain. By the way, it is responsible for a lot of our emotions. This body is destroyed due to a disease called "Urbach-Vite disease". As you can guess from the topic I'm telling you, our fear almost completely disappears. Of course not completely, but still. And the most famous patient with this disease has stopped being afraid of the entire horror industry, all snakes, spiders and even his own death. But at the same time, I experienced joy and other emotions.

— Why did I tell you all this? We need fear.

— For those who don't know, I just love games. I've already outplayed them countless times. And as you probably could understand, I just love horror. When I was 5 years old, my father bought one game. It was Silent Hill. We decided to play together when we have free time. But it never happened. My father was always at work, and my grandmother did not have good emotions for anything new and scary in particular. One day, I decided to turn it on after all. Looking ahead, I will say that this game is still not passed by me. And all because I was scared. Every time I was very much afraid. I remember those days. And even now, when I type this category B scenario, I remember everything that happened then and I get goosebumps. And going back to my memories, I turned it off, but then waited for the moment when I could play it again. And one day, my father noticed that I was turning off this game with tears in my eyes. And he said to me, "If you don't like it, don't play, what's so bad about it? "But I liked it. I liked getting that dose of fear. And each time my requests increased.

— Since then, I still just love everything scary. And even now, I want to go to steam or netflix and look for something scary. And if going to the cinema, which doesn't happen often, I'm more interested in horror, but you, not understanding where this information is here, probably realized that you have to adjust and watch melodramas. (God, how they infuriate me.)

— Someone will probably say that I have some kind of problems with my head, since I'm drawn to everything terrible. Go get checked out by a psychologist! But almost everything is fine with me, psychologists told me that. The keyword is almost. But now it's not about me, but about our topic.

— In fact, many people do not understand what the beauty of this genre is.

— Some of you often experience fear. And fear is stress. Perhaps if I had been asked about sympathy for stress a month ago. Then I would immediately answer that, no. Precisely because stress is something bad for us and has a negative connotation. Everything is connected with the fact that chronic stress has incredibly strong consequences for a person in the future. And it's not a secret for anyone for a long time that constant stress is bad. And you need to avoid it. (ha said a creature who doesn't have such frail problems.)

— It turns out that scary games and movies should be avoided. Well, after all, fear equals stress. Everything is logical and understandable, but in fact it is not quite so.

— Stress is divided into two different types of Distress and eustress. Distress is a negative reaction, we just talked about it. And eustress is a positivist. It includes buying a coveted thing, getting a serious order, yoga, roller coasters, overcoming difficulties, oddly enough, playing sports and, of course, scary games and movies. And Yes… It's all stress, but it's all perceived simply with a bang. But... to whom, to be honest. In fact, you have no idea what such stress means to us. I will try to explain to you in simple words what it means to us. If he disappeared in one moment, then we would consider life meaningless. But I want to figure out with you how it works. And we will go in order.

— Let's turn to the wild, in times of danger, our vegetative system is triggered, which works without our intervention. It reacts to our vision, hearing, and, of course, sensory systems in order to activate one of our key survival programs: fight or flight. In addition to heart palpitations and dilation of the pupils, it narrows the vessels in less important organs. This improves the blood circulation of the muscles and heart, preparing the body for action. This is amazing, because this system never makes mistakes and does not fail, like some others. And the cherry on the cake is not simple. This is adrenaline and the preceding norepinephrine, which further enhance these effects. It's all for a reason. Our body begins to prepare us for rescue in an emergency, and there are two answers to this situation — to run or attack. In any case, this activated mechanism is bound to work and help. Yes, many living organisms simply freeze in place.

— And you want an interesting fact. Some animals run first, and only then attack. This is helped by their color or disguise. And some people are simply paralyzed. It is for this reason that many scientists have converted the principle of "Hit or run" into "Hit or run or freeze".

— Probably none of you attached importance to one of my expressions that was said in the introduction. "What's the big deal, you say. And when you look at the screen, your heart sinks into your heels, and your blood begins to freeze in your veins." "The blood is getting cold in your veins," don't you think it's true?

— Hey, uncle, what the hell are you talking about? This is a common phraseology.

—And you're damn right. It's just a phraseology formed completely by accident. It was used when a person became scared.

— But that's just no one could think that this phraseology is true. A controlled experiment was conducted in which several people donated blood. After that, they turned on the movie Astral (the movie, by the way, is amazing, I advise everyone. And especially watch it on ... come on, it would be too brazen to sell you two ads at a time), and then some typical documentary. And they took the blood again. And it turned out that the blood really gets cold in the veins. Scientists have found an increase in the level of blood clotting 8. And this means that their, and your body continues to prepare for the worst.

— Suddenly, right now, for no reason at all, they will take and chop off both hands or a leg. And agree, in such a situation, losing extra blood is not a good idea. That is why we will do everything possible to speed up blood clotting in case of damage.

— When you get scared of a screamer, you experience almost the same thing as our ancestors who were attacked by a wild bear.

— Well, this is a protective reaction of our body, dictated by our ancestors, when the world was a little more dangerous than it is now. But why in our reality such a system of protection? After all, we often live the most ordinary life. We don't run away to the jaguars, and the bear doesn't want to scalp our heads. But at the same time, hit or run is triggered when watching scary movies. Don't you find it strange? After all, if an incredibly powerful adrenaline rush occurs, the heart may not cope with the load, and you will drop dead. Especially if there is already some problem with it. And this will be the answer to the question — can you die of fear?

- yes. You can die of fear, but there were simply no documented cases of such a death. And if they are not documented, then they happen very rarely, and there are only a few deaths from films. But let's not negate this probability. After all, they say that once a year a shovel shoots. But seriously, there is a study that scary movies really increase the likelihood of a heart attack.

— And now you know that if you say the phrase: "You scared me to death," then you know, the danger is over. If you noticed that so far there are only minuses, but are there any pluses? And if there is, then let's move on to them.

— When we watch a scary movie or take a walk in a scary game, we run this system in a safe zone. In the game, we generally decide when and where to go and this gives us full control of the situation, no one wants to fish us, we are at home, wrapped in a plaid and drinking seagulls with chamomile and suddenly ... Yes ... another screamer. We jump up again in surprise and immediately start smiling, giggling or even swearing. This is very noticeable among streamers, which also pass the funeral. Again, we immediately realize that we are safe and begin to receive the hormones of eustress and the hormone dopamine. The hormone of happiness as it is called in the common people.

— I am as much against any drugs as possible. And in general, I think that this is just a terrible thing, but we are sitting very nobly on dopamine. And now it's not surprising at all that we want to go to a horror movie or do extreme sports, go to a quest room and get scared. After all, we just need another dose of these hormones. Another great dane, these hormones.

— This is somewhat similar to exposure therapy, which is used to treat anxiety disorders, including phobias and OCD. In fact, you are provided with the source of your anxiety. But they explain to you as convincingly as possible that nothing threatens you. And you should feel better with time. It would be just incredibly wonderful if games could be treated.

— You go into a doctor's office like that, and there's a PS5 there. Thank you, Mr. Doctor. Now don't bother me and don't open the door.

— But the body did not calm down on this. After all, the hormone oxytocin is released. And there is a study that this hormone enhances our social memory with you.

— This means that if you went to the cinema with a company or with a significant other, you were very scared, but it brought you pleasure. You remember more strongly such moments when the fear has passed, the danger has passed. And at the same time, someone close is next to you. Maybe it was he who protected you — the brain would have thought. But there is also a study that if something went wrong and we had a fight with someone we spent time with, then the impressions of the film will be bad.

— The topic with this hormone is very complicated. A variety of information is walking from source to source. And in general, more research is needed to say something for sure. But what I will say for sure, you can't force a person to make horror and play scary games. After all, people who wanted to do this, they get good emotions, and those who were forced to, will not like not only games and movies that they watched forcibly, but also you.

— I said about the question of dating for a reason, because there is an opinion among scientists about the existence of erroneous attribution of arousal. This is when a person begins to confuse the feeling of fear and the feeling of attraction to a person. For example. You were saved from under the wheels by a beautiful woman (or a handsome man, as you like (to be honest, it doesn't matter to me, they will taste the same, although the man has a little more meat)). After that, you liked it very much (as) that (that) person. And yes, such studies have also been conducted.

- And since I don't want to be the tabloid press, I will mention that this theory has been criticized due to the fact that the research results could not be repeated. But there is something interesting.

— Men and women were shown people of the opposite sex, and then they were sent to ride a roller coaster and after that they showed the same people again. And as it turned out, people who rode the roller coaster more often reported that they were attracted to people after riding. Does this mean it works? Maybe yes, and maybe not quite so. More research is needed anyway.

— And if it works, then go ahead and call your soulmate for something terrible. And it's possible that it's fear itself that will help you get closer. Matchmaker — Vladislav is always at your service.

— And fear will also help us to cheer up and forget the pressing problems. Researchers have teamed up with a company engaged in scary quests. And we conducted an experiment on people who had already bought tickets. As it turned out, fear helped them forget their problems.

— And it's already worth it to experience controlled fear.

— And here is another interesting study that tells us that we, when watching a scary movie, can burn as much fat as with a regular jog. And it's just wow! I think I've created a new diet. Nutritionist Vlad is at your service. But don't be in a hurry to believe it. First of all, you don't have to eat anything while watching. Secondly, the study itself is not new, but most importantly it was published on the Telegraph website. Yes. On the Telegraph website by order of the rental company. And the campaign has never been reviewed, and has not been posted on profile sites. Such a trust, you will agree.

— But here's what's really true. So this is what horror movies can save your mental state right now. Let's remember what I said at the very beginning. People who love everything scary are better able to endure this difficult time when covid is raging on the streets. And let's think logically and try to understand. We're watching a scary movie about the apocalypse. And they show us what to do in a given situation, which products are better to buy, and much much more. We subconsciously remember this information and no longer panic in the store what to choose, buckwheat and toilet paper or rice and sugar.

— Such films clearly show what leads to panic, what happens during a panic, and thereby show us how not to do it.

— Bronchial asma is a really terrible disease. People with this ailment begin to have severe shortness of breath when they stand in line for a roller coaster. After all, it's stressful. They are just worried, and this is considered stress. I'm afraid of what happens to them during the trip itself or after. After all, they received a dose of adrenaline and a charge of stress. But in fact they are getting better. And shortness of breath does not bother them for a while. The Nobel Prize was awarded for such a study. If someone doesn't know what it is. This is a parody of the Nobel Prize and is given to those studies that are funny, and then you think about it and realize that yes. It works.

— Many of you, including me, were furious that we were not allowed to watch adult films. And let's make a little remarochka. Not the movies you might think of. And movies with blood and monsters. But then they didn't think that it was even for the best. By the way, labeling and age restriction on films is not just worth it. (although this stops me especially ...) And if you are a small child with a weak psyche, then these are really scary pictures. Which can lead to a lot of psychological trauma. Here is an example.

— A ten-year-old girl was diagnosed with post-traumatic disorder after watching the tape. Attention "Very scary movie 3". It's an obvious comedy, but for a child, all these scenes can be incredibly real.

— There was a story when after watching a program in which ghosts were caught, in which they simply did not say that it was all a production. There was no eighteen-year-old boy. But the story is just incredibly murky. And you can't say anything for sure.

— 2 ten-year-old boys got panic attacks and sleep disorder after just the same program on the BBC in which ghosts were searched.

— But if you thought that somehow you could limit the viewing of such films for your possibly future children, then no. You will not succeed. We live in a world of technology. And the availability of information. They will be pushed by other children, and they themselves will be very interested in what it is and what it should be eaten with. So let me give you some advice on this.

— It's better if you choose a movie or a game with your child together and stay close throughout the movie. Look at his reaction and if anything, help him cope with it. And I also advise you to explain to the child that this is all fiction.

— And now you have to understand something very important. Everything I have told you today is valid if there are certain warnings. Such as epilepsy, age restriction, or restriction for people with heart disease. Horror movies are useful only if you are a healthy person. And fear, in my opinion, should be studied in isolation from the medical field, because there are a lot of interesting things there.
